Phone sessions are convenient, allow for scheduling flexibility, maximize time, and eliminate travel costs. Client and coach develop a unique phone rapport by listening intently, sharing openly, and being fully present during coaching calls. The client's private space is maintained while client and coach work together in the shared coaching space via phone.
